Yes. Achievable Health is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and Federally Qualified Health Center. Your contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. You will receive an annual receipt each January.
Monthly gifts go directly to patient care, funding primary care visits, behavioral health services, care coordination, and the staff who serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities every day. 78 cents of every dollar goes to direct patient services.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer (ACH). All payments are processed securely through our encrypted donation portal.
