Our organization has created a model that community members not only rely on, but love. In fact, the demand for services and referrals for the specialized care provided by Achievable Health’s expert practitioners now surpasses our current capacity. This means that there is a waiting list for Achievable Health’s services, and families in our community are struggling to get the healthcare they desire and deserve.

To meet the needs of the community, Achievable Health must expand to a larger facility where we can offer the same quality care to more community members, especially those with I/DD. Our Board of Directors and executive staff have been working diligently to identify a new home and a plan to expand our current service offerings.
