Aphasia is a communication disorder that affects a person’s ability to speak, understand, read, or write — most often caused by stroke or brain injury. At Achievable Health, inclusive care means meeting every patient where they are, and that includes patients whose communication needs may require a little more time, different approaches, and providers trained to listen in more ways than one.
